Precautions
1.Installation
Ensure a good seal between the bushing and the transformer tank cover to prevent oil leakage.
Check that the cover hole size matches the bushing specification; different specs require different hole diameters and thread sizes.
When connecting the conductive rod, prevent rotation; the bushing bottom has a fixing slot to secure the rod in place.
2.Operation and Maintenance
Regularly inspect the bushing surface for cracks, damage, or dirt buildup, and clean it promptly to maintain insulation.
For outdoor bushings, ensure the creepage distance meets local pollution level requirements.
Direct connection of copper conductors to aluminum busbars may cause electrochemical corrosion; it is recommended to use copper-aluminum transition joints.
3.Selection
Choose based on actual working voltage (1kV or 3kV) and rated current.
Select appropriate creepage distance and pollution level based on installation environment (indoor/outdoor) and pollution conditions.
Application Environment
1.Temperature
Suitable for -40℃ up to the positive temperature range specified by the relevant standard, functioning normally in extremely cold or hot environments.
2.Indoor/Outdoor
Designed for both indoor and outdoor use, with selectable protection levels and creepage distance configurations as needed.
3.Special Environments
High-pollution areas: select higher pollution levels (P2, P4, etc.) and increase creepage distance.
Corrosive/erosive environments: special surface treatments (tin or silver plating) can improve corrosion resistance.
High humidity environments: ceramic material has excellent moisture resistance, ensuring normal operation under humid conditions.
4.Installation Method
Can be installed on distribution transformers, switchgear, and other equipment, passing through tank covers or enclosures to safely route wires out.
