This series of products is designed according to the German industrial standard DIN 42533 and belongs to the medium-voltage HV series oil-filled bushings. They are mainly used as low-voltage side bushings for oil-immersed power transformers, enabling safe connections between the inside of the transformer and the external power network. This standard is now aligned with EN 50180 and EN 50243.
The products cover multiple voltage levels including 12kV, 24kV, and 36kV, with rated currents ranging from 1000A to 4500A.

Oil-impregnated Composite Insulation: Uses a composite insulation structure combining solid ceramic with liquid (transformer oil). The cavity between the conductor (rigid cylindrical copper rod) and the ceramic bushing is filled with transformer oil, significantly enhancing electrical insulation strength and effectively dissipating heat generated by high currents.

Selection and Considerations
Core Selection Basis: Choose the bushing model primarily according to the transformer’s highest voltage (12kV/24kV/36kV) and rated current (1000A–4500A).
Critical Installation Dimensions: Check the opening size (Md) on the transformer cover when selecting a model. Different current ratings require different opening sizes, e.g., 1000A corresponds to M30×2, 2000A to M42×3, and 3150A to M48×3.
Insulation and Pollution Resistance: Consider the creepage distance parameter, which is a key indicator of the product’s resistance to pollution flashover. The creepage distances vary for 12kV, 24kV, and 36kV levels.
