Hunan Xiqiang Electric Co., Ltd. is located in the western suburbs of Liling, the famous porcelain city. It was restructured from the Liling Jinshan Electric Porcelain Factory and has nearly 40 years of experience in producing electric porcelain products. Currently, the factory covers an area of over 13,000 square meters and has an annual production capacity of more than 2,000 tons. The company has complete production and testing equipment and can manufacture according to national standards, as well as IEC, British, American, and German standards.
We mainly produce various electric porcelain products for voltages up to 500KV, including switch porcelain bushings, rod post insulators, porcelain bushings for power capacitors and transformer porcelain bushings. Our high-voltage electric porcelain products are widely sold to well-known enterprises across China, and around one third of our products are exported overseas. In addition, we have expanded our product line to include surge arresters, drop-out fuses, vacuum circuit breakers and other electrical equipment.

Finished Product Inspection
Verification inspection includes long delay characteristic inspection.Other characteristic inspection,appearance inspection and packaging inspection.
Production Quality Control
Production quality inspection, including ceramic size inspection, metal parts assembly and appearance inspection. Process inspection includes mechanical strength test and performance test.
Feed Control
A complete set of parts testing standards and supplier management companies have complete parts testing equipment, and the incoming materials can be warehoused only after being inspected.
Establish a complete company quality assurance system and carry out quality management in strict accordance with ISO90012015 quality management system.
